Our comprehensive exam spans three locations and up to three days for thorough training. While we can't guarantee a pass, we will work tirelessly to ensure your dog is well-prepared to don their service vest and be a reliable companion. Let us help you and your dog reach their full potential. To secure your preferred time slot, a $30 down payment for three days is required to reserve your spot. If the test takes less than three days, you will receive a $10 refund for each unused day every day but the first. Cancellation Policy
Reservation and Deposit Policy To secure your session with Powsitive K9 Training, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount varies based on the payment method: 1. Online Deposit: When booking online, a deposit of $11 is required. This deposit secures your session time slot and includes a $1 processing fee for Stripe transactions. If you attend the session as scheduled, $10 will be refunded to you at the end of the session. However, if you cancel or fail to attend, the full $11 deposit is non-refundable. If the trainer cancels the session, the entire $11 deposit will be refunded. 2. Fiscal Deposit: For in-person payments, a $10 deposit is required to hold your session time. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your session if attended as scheduled. For cancellations or no-shows, the deposit is non-refundable. If the trainer cancels, the entire $10 deposit will be refunded. Training Fees Each training session is subject to specific fees based on the service provided. For detailed pricing, please refer to our service menu on the website or inquire directly. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy For cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session, a fee of 5% of the training session fee will apply. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, a fee of 15% of the training session fee will apply. Payment for cancellation fees can be made via Venmo, Stripe, or cash. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule one session at no charge. For any additional rescheduling, a fee of $11 will apply per session to support efficient scheduling. These policies ensure that Powsitive K9 Training can provide consistent, high-quality service while accommodating the needs of all clients. Your cooperation and understanding of these terms are appreciated as we work together to achieve your training goals.
