Cancellation Policy
Reservation and Deposit Policy To secure your session with Powsitive K9 Training, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, based on your payment method: 1. Online Deposit: A deposit of $11 is required for online bookings. This amount guarantees your session time slot and includes a $1 processing fee for Stripe transactions. If you attend the session as scheduled, $10 will be refunded at the end of the session. If you cancel or do not attend, the deposit is non-refundable. If the trainer cancels, the full $11 will be refunded. 2. Fiscal Deposit: For in-person payments, a $10 deposit is required. This guarantees your reserved time slot and will be refunded if you attend the session. If you cancel or do not show up, the deposit is non-refundable. If the trainer cancels, the entire $10 will be refunded. Training Fees Each training session incurs fees based on the specific service provided. For detailed pricing, please refer to our service menu on our website or inquire during your initial consultation. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Clients must communicate cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 72 hours before the scheduled session. • Cancellation Fees: • Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a fee of 5% of the training session fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 25% of the training session fee. • Cancellation fees can be paid via Venmo, Stripe, or cash. Clients may reschedule one session at no additional charge. Subsequent rescheduling will incur a fee of $11 per session. These policies ensure Powsitive K9 Training maintains high service standards while accommodating client needs. Your understanding and adherence to these policies are greatly appreciated as we work together to achieve your training goals.
